Little Palmerhaus Webstore encourages you to read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing or placing orders on our webstore. We may change our Terms and Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, we suggest you to stop using the webstore.

SIGN UP

To keep your details for your next purchase(s), you need to sign up. You have to provide detailed information regarding your shipping address, mobile phone, etc. You are required to give current, accurate and true information to us. We will keep your information privately.

ORDERS

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. Products in high demand may sell out really quickly, so please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved – you have to check out to make sure you purchase the product.  You cannot add more items to your shopping bag ONCE you check out. We cannot modify/add products for you; you have to reorder again to make a purchase. You cannot reserve any product to us. We have the rights not giving you reservations. 

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on our webstore are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR) or you may choose to change to US$ on the top right navigation. Prices may change. Customers purchasing from other countries can pay via Bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiahs. However, we urge customers from overseas to pay in US$ via PayPal if possible. We have set an exchange rate for US$ and customers have no rights to change the currency exchange. Any custom and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL. We recommend you contact your local customs for more details.

ORDER PROCESSING

We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reason such as different account’s personal name or incomplete payment. We also reserve a right not to process your order if product is out of stock or failure/error in system. We will refund your payment completely.

PAYMENT 

  • Payment can be made via Bank Transfer & Electronic Wallet You can also pay with Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard). You will have to confirm your payment at our webstore to validate your purchase.
  • If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.
  • Other means of Payment (for International Customer Only) are by PayPal or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard). For more details about them, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

Return policy only applicable to damage/defect merchandises. 

  • You should email us within 2 days after you receive the merchandise. Please provide information upon returning.
  • We ask you to please make sure that the item(s) haven’t been damaged, soiled, washed or worn (other than to try the item on), and that any labels or tags should be intact.
  • We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the merchandise and we will give you the designated address.
  • You will then have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back.
  • If the merchandise you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers for domestic customers or PayPal for international customers.
  • We are not responsible in taxes and duties charged for international customers. Your refund will be transferred to your bank account which you have to provide with your complete name and details. Refund will include shipping costs. For international customers, please contact your local customs for more details for tax and custom refund. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed (we will notice it) and with all original tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

COLORS

We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.

PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content from Little Palmerhaus webstore including Software and all HTML and code are not permitted to be used for any purposes but personal use. Content also includes any graphics, logos, photographs, image rights, video or text on www.palmerhaus.com. Any reproduction, copying, or foregoing of the content are prohibited. 

CONTENT ERRORS

Little Palmerhaus tries to provide most accurate and complete information. However, content may have errors or inaccuracies. Little Palmerhaus does not promise that all functional system and aspects in our webstore will be error-free and virus-free. We recommend customers to have anti-virus software updated. Some browsers may experience different errors and we try our best to fix that.

COMMERCIAL USE

This Site is not for any commercial use. You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works, and sell any content or products within this Site. You are prohibited to use our content for any advertising use/commercial use for your own site. 

AGREEMENT

You agree that you will be responsible for your activity in this webstore. If we notice that you are/or have been related in prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this webstore on temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force majeure. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
